1. The Service
Better Code provides curated message suggestions, conversation openers, bio templates, and dating coaching content. Output is intended as inspiration, not personal or professional advice.
2. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to use Better Code. By signing up, you represent that you are of legal age in your jurisdiction.
3. Payment & Access
- Better Code plans are sold as one-time payments. No recurring charges, no auto-renewal.
- Your card is charged once, for the plan you select, and you get lifetime access to that plan's features.
- Charges appear on your statement as "Digistore24" — Digistore24 is the merchant of record for the transaction.

4. Money-back Guarantee
If you do not notice any progress within 60 days of your initial purchase, you may request a full refund by contacting support with the details of your account. Refunds are evaluated in good faith and are not granted for accounts that violate these Terms.
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use Better Code to harass, threaten, deceive, or harm others. See our Acceptable Use Policy for specifics.
6. Content & Intellectual Property
You own what you input into Better Code (text, preferences). We do not claim ownership of your content. The message suggestions are provided to you for personal, non-exclusive use. The Better Code brand, software, and designs are ours.
7. Disclaimer
Better Code is provided "as is". We make no guarantees about dating outcomes, response rates, or relationship results. You are solely responsible for how you use the suggestions.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Better Code and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from use of the service. Our total liability for any claim will not exceed the amount you paid in the 3 months before the claim.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms. Material changes will be communicated by email or in-app notice. Continued use after changes means you accept the updated Terms.
